Your files

Your file is opened and converted inside your browser. To recognise the columns, the first 30 rows (each cell cut to 120 characters) are sent to our server and to an AI model provider through Vercel AI Gateway. We do not store those rows or the file. The finished CSV is created in your browser and never uploaded.

What we do store

For each conversion we keep a small record without file contents: date, number of rows and columns, file type, how many fields were matched, your approximate country, and whether you downloaded the result. We use this only to see if the tool is useful.

If you join the waitlist we store your email, the number of suppliers you chose, your answer about paying and your optional note. We use your email once to tell you when automatic sync is ready. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Vercel (hosting, storage and AI Gateway) and the AI model provider selected by the gateway.
